Mercury Now in Shadow

Yes, it's Mercury retrograde time again. As of today, December 20, 2015, Mercury is 'officially' in the shadow of its upcoming January retrograde.

Without wandering through all the astrology (you already have the December post for that) what this indicates is a general 'slowdown' in new issues - what we have on life's table will tend to be what we will now be working with for a while, in part because few among us will be willing to start anything new apart from that which connects to personal interests and ongoing plans, projects and personal priorities. 

(A very p-ful sentence, that.)

Also, if you have had any hint of 'lurking malfunctions' of late, or if you've been thinking-but-not-getting-to matters which fall generally under the categories of  'maintenance,' 'upkeep' or 'need of repair,' take heed, especially if that 'thing' pertains to something you rely on for communication, functionality (your ability to proceed through your day), health support, travel or any combination of the same.

After all, you wouldn't want to ignore that thing today and have it come back to haunt, bite or let you down once Mercury does go retrograde, right?

Just sayin' ... set your calendars.
